Melchior's Silver Rapier

This one needed a quick turn around (as in, a few hours), so I didn't have time to look for German source material.  Oh well.

Gryffyth, King of the East, second of that name, and Aikaterine, our Queen, give greeting to those, all and singly, to whose notice this letter comes. In our Court held in our Barony of Bergental on the 22^nd day of January in the forty-fifth year of our Society, in the presence of our archbishops, bishops, abbots, earls, barons, burgh commissioners and other leading persons of our realm, and with the presence of the three estates thereof, it was declared by our Royal decision and judgment that Melchior Kriebel be and hereby is gifted and endowed with the emblems and insignia of the Order of the Silver Rapier. For the greater verification and corroboration of the foregoing, the present letter is hereby issued and completed under our great seal.
