Unfortunately, good Italian charter sources are hard to find in translation, and my Italian language skills are not quite up to translating medieval legalese yet.  So V got an English source instead:

Kenric, by grace King of the East, and Avelina, the Queen, to the archbishops, bishops, abbots, earls, barons, justices, sheriffs, provosts, officers and to all our bailiffs and faithful subjects, greeting.

Know ye that we do by these present letters endow and invest our subject Imiglia Venture with the estate of Baroness of Carolingia and do further endow and invest her with all of the said Barony’s men and tenants, goods lands and possessions, to have and to hold in protection and defense against all others. Wherefore we will and strictly ordain that the aforesaid Imiglia maintain and defend the said Barony and suffer no injustice, trouble or inconvenience to its people or lands, nor suffer such to be done by any person.

Know ye besides that we have granted and by our present charter have confirmed unto the said Imiglia all the charters and all the gifts, franchises and free customs which King Lucan our grandfather and King Gregor our father granted unto the said Barony of Carolingia and by their Charters have confirmed. Wherefore we will and strictly ordain that the Imiglia shall have and hold all the aforesaid Barony of Carolingia well and peaceably, freely and quietly, entirely and honorably forever, as the charters of the King our father sufficiently witness.

We forbid moreover upon pain of our manifest displeasure that any person, whether peer, clerk or layman, shall interfere with the said Imiglia’s sovereign rights as set forth herein. Given by the hands of the King and the Queen upon 12 May, in the forty-seventh year of the Society, first of our reign.
