how to summarize that documentation on a submission form.

This class is intended for new heralds and non-heralds. It will cover
the basic principles of medieval heraldry, including contrast,
armorial design, charges, and arrangements.
1:00 p.m. The Submissions Process - Mistress Alys Mackyntoich (1 hour)
How does one submit a name or device? What happens after I fill out
the paperwork? Why does it take so long to get a result? All these
questions and more will be answered in this class.
2:00 p.m. Intermediate Heraldic Research -- Lady Lillia de Vaux (1 hour)
For those who have a basic knowledge of heraldry and naming, but want
to do more. When Reaney & Wilson and Fox-Davies just don't have what
you need, where do you go next? How do the senior heralds always seem
to have the right information at their fingertips? This class provides
tips on finding and evaluating non-standard sources for both name and
armory research, as well as making the most of no-photocopy sources.
3:00 p.m. Heraldic Q&A Session -- Mistress Alys Mackyntoich and guests (2 hours 1 hour)
An open discussion and question and answer session about heraldic
issues, including submissions, the new Standards for Evaluation of
Names and Armory, electronic commenting, April 1st Letters, and
anything else you want to talk about.
Please feel free to forward this to any and all appropriate lists.
