I admit I never would've guessed both you and Marion were closet chicken fat rollers. How long have you been hiding these secrets away? Knowing something like that makes people easier to shop for. Y'know nothing says Merry Christmas like a can of chilled chicken fat.

Use it for cooking I guess. I use goose fat or duck fat for certain recipes.
