Motivational failure
Jan. 27th, 2006 08:39 amMy weight loss project hasn't progressed much since Pennsic. I've had a complete failure of motivation on several levels of my life, and this is one of them. All my usual tricks to get back on the wagon haven't worked. Thoughts? Suggestions?

A thing that amuses me though is that I got a pedometer, and do statistics on how much I walk everyday
Yep, I'm a nerd, but we knew that already :D
