Snow and the Lost Weekend

Snow. Lots and lots of snow. Somewhere in the vicinity of 16-18 inches of snow.

I was supposed to do a lot of things this weekend. I did precisely one of the things I'd planned to do. We canceled (wisely) the first ISSW meeting. I canceled my plans for sewing with Mercedes on Saturday afternoon.

So what did I do instead? Played a lot of CoH, including the Task Force That Would Not End. Did some herald geeking. Did some measure of work. Wrote up Baronial policies and procedures. Ate a lot of things that I probably should not have.

I'm not sure whether this counts as a productive weekend or not.

Let's see, I didn't go to the Cooking Thing, I didn't go to the ISSW meeting... I watched my car getting covered by snow: that was entertaining.
I did the laundry and read (comics), I guess that was productive.
Also pulled all my books about French names (people/place) to look for an answer to the specific question we have been discussing, and had my margaritas with coconut shrimps :)
Definitely productive...
