In recognition of her singular, especial and excellent service as a lieutenant of our Queen’s Guard and her unfailing courtesy in all circumstances, We now grant unto the said Engracia our special favor by the present charter:
In the first place: We ordain, wish, and command that the said Engracia be and hereby is elevated to the status of a Baroness of Our Court and to bear such insignia as are meet and fitting for a personage of such status;
Also: We ordain, wish and command that the said Engracia be and hereby is Granted the following Arms: Paly azure and argent, a dance vert.
Also: Wishing that the present charter endure and be observed as long as it shall please us, We enjoin all Peers, Knights, Barons, Baronesses, Counts, Countesses, Dukes, Duchesses, Nobles, Officers, and such other Honored Subjects as live within Our Realm, both present and future, if they hope confidently for Our grace and affection, to observe each and all of the aforesaid decrees, firmly and strictly, and that they see that they are observed inviolably, so that they do not allow them to be disturbed by any one.

Caine's Court Barony and Grant:
Andreas and Gabriella, King and Queen of the East, to all people to whom these presents shall come, greetings. Know that We, by the common counsel of upright men, have made the decree given here in solemn and grateful acknowledgement of the singular, loyal and surpassing service rendered to our Royal Persons by our trusty and well-beloved servant Caine Ramsey. By these Our letters We do give and grant to the said Caine Ramsey the status of a Baron of our Court and do further grant him such Arms as are meet, fit and seeming for his new station. Lest any person shall, with rash daring, presume to assert or say any thing contrary to this decree, he shall incur Our wrath: let him be shorn like a hired fighter, and boiling tar shall be poured over his head, and feathers from a cushion shall be shaken out over his head, so that the full weight of Our displeasure may be publicly known. Done under Our Own witness in Our Barony of Concordia of the Snows, upon the Coronation of Our Heirs, being 3 October A.S. 44.

Yes, the penalty of tarring and feathering is period. And I thought this whole thing particularly apt for Caine.

Ryan's Court Barony:
Andreas and Gabriella, Rex et Regina Orientalis, to Ryan McWhyte, greetings and every good. As we have learned from many and witnessed with our own eyes, we owe great thanks to your goodness and loyalty, because our honor and love is very precious in your mouth and heart, and you have us often rendered us good and valuable service, publicly and privately. And we will respond worthily to your benevolence in all things, as our honor and position demands. Wherefore, we do now invest you as a Baron of our Court and Grant you the following Arms: Sable, a pale counter-ermine fimbriated between in chief two lozenges argent. Now persevere attentively in that benevolence which you have always had towards us, so that in all things we may know by experience your zeal. Done this 3 October A.S. XLIV upon the feast of the martyrs Sulpitius and Servilianus, at the Coronation of Our Heirs in the Barony of Concordia of the Snows.
