According to the schedule, these will be in the Hawthorn Room.  I'd appreciate it if someone could boost the signal on this and put it on the SCA-East e-mail list.  Oh Liam . . . 

11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.  Heraldry for Scribes - Mistress Khioniya Ryseva
Mistress Khioniya will discuss basic heraldic and protocol issues relevant to scribal work, including the differences between Awards of Arms, Grantsof Arms and Patents of Arms, and how to interpret "heraldese."
 

 

1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.  Court Heraldry - Baron Ernst von Kitzingen
Just what it sounds like  ;-)    Baron Ernst, chief court herald for uncounted Crowns of the East, will convey what wit and wisdom he has on the subject.

 

2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.  Tournaments in History - Master Tibor of Rock Valley 
Master Tibor will give an overview of the historical models for SCA tournaments, including the role of heralds in those tournaments.
