The source material is here:  http://etext.lib.virginia.edu/toc/modeng/public/AnoChan.html     I played mix and match among about 7 or 8 statutes from the Signet of Henry V to come up with the above.  Everything except the proper names (including Tyger and East) and the A.S. XLIV were originally the words of Henry V.

Brenwen's Duchy scroll:

Edward Rex et Marguerite Regina, always august, to the archbishops, bishops, counts, viscounts, barons, seneschals, provosts, justices, bailiffs, and all to whom in the future as well as the present, these letters should come, greetings.  Since the memory of men slips away swiftly, lest any difficulty of controversy should arise over this among those to come, We hereby signify to the future as well as the present, that by the counsel of illustrious men, and by force of our authority as lawful heirs and successors to the Tyger Throne, and in due recognition and acknowledgement of her service to the Kingdom of the East as twice-reigning Queen, We give, grant, and confirm unto Brenwen the Fair the title and estate of Duchess with all of the protections, authority and insignia pertaining thereto, as we have so confirmed by this our present charter.  Let no man damage or diminish the integrity of this charter even a little, nor violate it in any way. If anyone should attempt to do so, let him incur danger to body and goods, let him be known as a traitor and shunned from the company of good and just persons, and let him suffer our righteous and far-reaching wrath, finding no peace in this world or the next unless and until he shall repent utterly of his misdeeds.  That this charter may obtain the perpetuity of stability, we have commended it to writing and strengthened it with the authority of our seal and the writing of our name.  Enacted in the Barony of Bergental, upon our Coronation, being 10 April A.S. XLIV
