Roger Ebert, fracking national treasure, says this of the movie:  ""The Last Airbender" is an agonizing experience in every category I can think of and others still waiting to be invented. The laws of chance suggest that something should have gone right. Not here. The New York Times, not to be outdone, offers this verdict:  "[T]he best way to watch “The Last Airbender” is probably with your eyes closed."  http://movies.nytimes.com/2010/07/01/movies/01last.html   Let's see them put *that* on the posters.

I read the five (only five!) positive reviews on RottenTomatoes. And even those are "meh, it was flawed, but it was OK".
