Fake hair

While I wait for my hair to grow out to a longer length, I'm thinking of buying some fake hair in braid(s) to use for SCA purposes. Anyone have any suggestions as to where I might find such a thing?

My Sally's Beauty Supply had big braids of fake hair last I was in there (Spring). I'm not sure if the braids were intended to be use as braids or extensions but it's a good place to start if you've got a SBS near you.
