Heraldry for Demos

Our Barony is having one of its big public demos next weekend (August 27 & 28).  I was thinking of doing up many many many pages of authentic heraldic designs and allowing younger kids to color them in and older kids to trace and design their own "coats of arms"

I was also going to have a "pick a name out of a hat" box with a bunch of period names (some of them silly, but NOT Gode Handsex) from different cultures that kids could pick to be called for the day.

Does this sound even remotely interesting for a demo?

Yes, it does. If you can get a volunteer to cut out some common heraldic figures so the 5-8ish kids can just glue designs on rather than trace, that would open up the creativity.
