I wasn't there, but two of my scroll texts were:

Sean MacPherson's Silver Rapier and AoA

In the parliament held at Iron Bog, upon the ides of October in the forty-sixth year of the Society, the right high, excellent and mighty prince and sovereign lord Gregor III, King of the East, and Kiena his Queen, did devise and ordain the following:

Item: We do by the present charter declare and decree, with advice of the three estates and whole body of this present parliament, that the nomination, constitution, election and ordination of the noble and mighty Sean MacPherson to membership in the Order of the Silver Rapier, upon the consent and approbation of the earls, lords, prelates, commissioners of burghs, barons and other faithful subjects, convened and assembled to that effect, is and in all time coming shall be held, reputed and esteemed lawful, sufficient and perfect.

Item: We do further, for the love we bear to the aforesaid Sean and for his labors on our behalf, and by the powers vested in the Crown of the East by most ancient and honorable law, it is declared and decreed, with the advice of the three estates and whole body of this present parliament, that the aforesaid Sean be and hereby is awarded Arms: __________________________________________  And further, we do by this same act and charter ordain and decree that the aforesaid Sean shall henceforth, hereafter and in perpetuity bear the said Arms against the claims of all others, well, freely, quietly, wholly and honorably.

Thus by the strength of our signatures and with advice and consent of the three estates of this realm, assembled and convened to that effect, we ratify, approve and confirm, for now and in all time coming, the foregoing confirmation, nomination, election, constitution, acceptance, acts, awards and proceedings.

Owyn Greenwood's Silver Crescent:

In the parliament of the most excellent prince Gregor III, King of the East, and Kiena, his Queen, held in Iron Bog on 15 October in the 46th year of the Society by the King and Queen themselves, with the three estates of the realm present. 

On the which day our sovereign lord and lady, with the advice and consent of the three estates of this present parliament, has ratified, approved, confirmed and allowed and, by this act, ratifies, approves, allows and confirms the declaration following, granted, made and given to Owyn Greenwood, in the manner following, and all and sundry the points, passes, clauses, articles and conditions contained therein, and has interposed and interposes their authority thereto, so that the said Owyn may possess and enjoy in all time coming all the privileges and commodities specified in the said discharge, exoneration and declaration after the form and tenor thereof in all points, of the which the tenor follows:

Gregor, King of the East, and Kiena our Queen, to all and sundry our lieges, subjects and others to whom it pertains, greeting. Forasmuch as we, now after our lawful and perfect age declared in parliament, having perfect knowledge by good proof and experience that our subject Owyn Greenwood has done honourable, true and faithful service and duty to us, without any reproach or offence to be laid to his charge; and also we acknowledge and confess that our ancestors of blessed memory have received from our said Owyn likewise honourable, true and faithful service and duty; wherefore we, with the advice and consent of the lords of our council, do now enter the name of Owyn Greenwood upon the rolls of the Order of the Silver Crescent and further grant and ordain that he may hereafter and in perpetuity bear upon his person the signs, seals and emblems of the aforesaid Order.

Also, this act being produced in our parliament, we shall cause the same to be ratified, allowed and approved by the three estates thereof in all points. Given under our great seal and subscribed by us at the date and place aforementioned.

Stacey read Sean's - and I gotta tell you, we NEED to use her in courts in the future. She was excellent!

I read Owyn's. Thanks for posting the text - I think even TRM though I was embellishing! :-)
