Newer heralds or people who want to be heralds can come work with me.  People who want names and devices can come consult. 

I'll even set aside certain times of the day specifically for people under 18 who want to work on names and armory and may not feel comfortable sitting in line with adults (not that I've had that experience with most SCA youth - you're pretty bold!).
