(1)  Led by the light of faith serenely beaming
With glowing hearts by His cradle we stand
So led by light of a star sweetly gleaming
Here come the wise men from Orient land

(2)  Let's merry be this holiday,
And let us run with sport and play,
Hang sorrow, let's cast care away
God send us a merry new year!

#1 is O Holy Night, my very favorite carol ever.

No clue about #2.

My favorite version of "O Holy Night" is by Johnny Mathis; second favorite by Traci Champman who signs it in this deep, wonderful alto that I can sing along with.
