Through the years
We all will be together,
If the Fates allow
Hang a shining star upon the highest bough.

As pretty much everyone figured out, this is Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas

Sang that yesterday at our concert. I actually made a veiled reference to you when I did my emcee part.

Our harmonic version is different but really pretty.

Well, we introduce every few songs and stuff - a little patter or discussion. I figured, with my background from the SCA, I was a natural. :-)

So, I mentioned that my friend Alys plays a game each year, where she shares lyrics from carols of the season and asks people to guess each one.

In the spirit of which, the following three songs are:
1. A proposal of marriage.
2. A marriage of a song with an unrelated poem
3. A song reported sung as part of the Christmas Truce in 1914/WW 1.

As for the arrangement, while this is NOT us singing it, it's the only YouTube link I could find for that particular arrangement. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X36zDKB6t0k
