“John Carter” is rated PG-13 (Parents strongly cautioned). Much Martian blood (blue and otherwise) is spilled.

I can hardly wait for dumb blockbuster movie season, when the blurbs are likely to be more amusing.

I'd rather re-read the book or run a pulp sci fi game. It just looks . . . .meh
