Plantar fasciitis plus a strained Achilles' tendon. So I have to go to physical therapy (3 times a week - it is to laugh!) and stay off of my feet for a couple of weeks. I've been promised good painkillers as well.

Only I can manage to hurt myself in battle I didn't even fight in. :-(

That really sucks. I've had (still do really) plantar fasciitis and I won't even go into the issues I've had with my tendons.

I can certainly sympathize. Here's hoping your foot issues resolve quickly.

The plantar fascia is the tendon that runs along the bottom of the foot, from heel to ball of the foot. Plantar fasciitis is the inflammation of that tendon.

I'm supposed to be staying off of it (hah!) and going to physical therapy 3 times a week (double hah!). I'm settling for taking painkillers and doing stretches.
