Today's SCA sociology discussion (or non-SCA, if you like).  Who inspires you?  The answer can be either a single individual or a type of person.

I have many people who inspire me, in many ways. Which forestalls me from answering the question as stated.

This is not as easy a question as it seems. When I first started fencing, you and Rhi totally inspired me to be a kick ass female fencer who takes no shit. I think I overshot.....

Artwise - inspiration comes from weird places. I am inspired by certain artists (dead) and some real artists that I know, such as Dosalena, Eva, Caroline for instance. But I get inspiration from pictures of certain people who I say, YES that is what I want to do.

Ogedei inspires me to be a better fighter (note, not fencer). Other people inspire me to look better, like Lucien and Dreda.

So it is an onion of an answer.
