Remember those days...for it shall be a long time before I'm imbibing again. I'll probably do an occasional drink from time to time. But the days of large quantities of alcohol are over. I think my GI tract will be much better for it too.

I'm not surprised about the brandies. They are allowed to have some methyl alcohol in them (less than 1%), which can cause some of the symptoms...
