Something a little more secular today:

Hang up your stocking for Santa Claus to see.
If you you haven't got a stocking, a little sock will do;
If you haven't got a little sock, God bless you!

And another weird and obscure one:

Thus spake the Seraph, and forthwith
Appeared a heavenly throng
Of Angels praising God and thus,
Addressed their joyful song,
Addressed their joyful song.

Edited to add:  Stumped you all again!  Go me!  The obscure carol is "Awake and Join the Cheerful Choir"

I should add that *all* of the carols so far have been drawn from my personal CD collection.

I can't remember the name of the first one, but it's the one that starts "Christmas is coming, the goose is getting fat." I now have Miss Piggy singing it (from the Muppet-John Denver Christmas special from years ago) stuck in my head, thanks so much.
