Weird vibrations

The weird news: my nose is numb, both inside and out. The doctor put some sort of numbing agent into my nostrils so that he could do a probe of my sinuses. While not as bad as the roto-router treatment I got a few years ago, probes of the sinuses are unpleasant to say the least.
It's now about an hour and a half later and my nose is still numb inside and out. It is all kinds of not right.
